The Simply Give by Meijer program runs year-round to help keep food pantries in our communities well-stocked no matter the season. The partnering food pantries are rotated throughout the year to ensure broader outreach.

And instead of us deciding what to donate to our food pantry partners, Simply Give by Meijer allows each pantry to choose the grocery items best suited for the families they serve. This includes baby food, formula, diapers, and wipes.

During Simply Give by Meijer campaigns, each $10 Simply Give donation card purchased is converted into a Meijer food-only gift card and donated directly to the local food pantry selected by the store.

This signature program has generated more than $100 million thanks to the continued generosity and support of Meijer customers, team members and food pantry partners who are committed to helping feed hungry families.

The Simply Give by Meijer Fall campaign will run through Sept. 26, and we’ll double match any cards purchased on Saturday, Aug. 15 and Sept. 12, up to a maximum Meijer contribution of $10,000 per store, per campaign, so your $10 contribution becomes $30 to fight local hunger.
